Arguably the most instagram worthy place in Benidorm, the lookout is a great place to stop and get some holiday snaps. We actually visited here a few times (we were staying close by) and each time it was pretty busy, so it’s clearly a very popular place!
The traditional white walls and blue tiles show Benidorm’s more cultural side than the beers and english breakfasts (I love all things by the way). The contrast of the blue sea and white buildings, really shows off Benidorm’s Spanish roots and is a welcome retreat from the hustle and bustle of the beach front.
We saw a family making this pose and couldn’t resist recreating it.
The food coma was a daily occurrence… I love to eat especially when I can excuse it as “trying the local cuisine”. My favourite go to lunch was the cured meat baguette. We were only here for four days and I got three of these babies.
We also picked up a cone of chorizo sausages which were so good, but a bit oily. This made navigating maps on my phone and eating at the same time difficult… Definately one of the nicer problems in life I’ve had!
Great post 🙂
